Open the package file in SimPE, extract the images to somewhere you will remember, open the images in GIMP/PS/Other, go nuts, save. Back to SimPE with the original package file: Build DXT (for best high-detail results; I have it preset and all you have to do is select the proper images and click OK), Save As.. (if you don't want to overwrite mine). DONE!

YUCK!!!!!!!!!! But hey, that's the way throw up is supposed to look: gross! Looks like that sim just ate pea soup! Thanks for bringing more realism to the game, it was a clever idea!

This is great! I've got that green barf by gwillewyn in my game, but was getting a little tired of my Sims technicolor yawns being so - erm - virulently green! Thanks!
