I can find these boots in "real" life, "Second Life" and Sims 3, but not in Sims 4.

Colores Urbanos has done some gothic styled shoes, specifically in their november catalog here https://www.patreon.com/posts/now-free-2017-3-22813602 just look for files with calzado in them! this post is free so dont worry about it being from patreon. theres one specific pair that is super similar but i cant find it on their patreon ;;w;; its called "curbs patreon calzado 35" (they look like this: https://imgur.com/a/93Ibu2I) and im pretty sure i got it from the downwithpatreon website, you could go there and download it but right now the website seems to be having issues so it could be a couple days before ur able to ):

Technically this should work even if you can't access the website at a given time, because internet magic or something. That's what they said, at least.
