Graphics Rules Maker is showing me that my Graphics Card has 6029 MB of VRam (Texture Memory). Is this a correct value?

If you run DXDiag on your computer, the results under the "Display" portion of the report will show your true memory:

In mine, this is what it displays:
Display Memory: 4095 MB
Dedicated Memory: 731 MB
Shared Memory: 3364 MB

Display memory is VRam.

For me it shows:

Total Available Graphics Memory: 6101 MB

Dedicated Video Memory: 2048 MB

GRM is taking shared along with dedicated vRAM. If you allocate your RAM to the gpu then it won't be as available for the rest of the pc. Best practice would be to set texture memory only to use what you have available as dedicated.
