Default WCIF this male skirt by Editsims/Littlecat?
I have their SimFileShare folder and yet I can't find this skirt within the folder, either I'm overlooking it or it's just not in there. What's the name of the skirt? That probably could help me find it.

It's in that folder, called

littlecat_Weapon_of_Choice.package
