Where do you get the chairs, counters, beds, and other furnishings you use and love the most? Whose couches do you covet? List them here!

i LOVE Sims 2 Play. it seems like normal stuff that I would have in my house, some sites seem to have stuff that I will never use...

i also like SimCredible, Around the Sims, 11 Dots, Holy Simoly and 4 Ever Sims Fantasy

As you can see, my favorite creator is Ricci2882. She makes wonderful objects and recolors, but her lots are extraordinary!

I love Holy Simoly's furniture. It is modern and clean looking, and has great textures that fit in really well w/ Maxis made stuff. I don't like stuff that looks "realer" than the Maxis stuff, or more "cartoony"...just the right Sims mix of the two.

I also love Cashcraft and Shannigan at The Sims Resource. Cashcraft for the historical stuff, and Shannigan for the retro stuff...fine distinction, I know.

I don't download furniture much lately, but my favourites so far have been:

BabyAisha at MTS2 - gorgeous botique set -"Boutique White Wood", it's probably my all time favourite of all the sets I have seen or downloaded (And apparently it does not require OFB as I don't have it but have the set working in my game :frog: )

mdhttr323 at MTS2 - adorable vintagey items. The Antique Bakery set is especially yummy!

Tarox is my favorite place to look for furniture. I have to restrain myself from downloading everything on that site! My favorites there are the Regency/Victorian-style sets.

The site seems to be down for the month now, though. I guess that's because it IS so popular.

Holy Simoly, by far. Looks just like stuff Maxis themselves would put out, and fits into the game much better than anything else out there.

I love modthesims2 - it's just the best. When I get back to home i'll have to go and take a look at holysimoly - they seem to have quite nice things there. A lot of sites have good content, but if it's badly designed and you spend most time searching for things that are not in their logial place, I get bored and move on. I used to like TSR before, but I don't like the idea of paying for the content.

Holy Simoly have the best furnitures for downloads as far as i know,they have quality stuff and their creations blends well with the Maxis made ones.And Sunair,Simaddict and Steffor from TSR has some cool stuff too for your sims house,thanks to a certain Booty,i have all those wonderful sets

Holy Simoly, all her stuff, eve free are perfect, never had any problems, sims2play and some of cashcraft, simtomatic and shannigan at tsr.

Sometimes I use Elize's 37sims. she has gorgeous and realistic FREE furniture.

I also Like Simtomatic's furniture. TSR and MTS2, but I don't like the distribution policy, because I can't upload my lots using his stuff :shrug:

And MTS2 Has great furnishings.

Holy Simoly is number one for me. I also like Sims 2 play, Sims 2 code, 4esf, and mangosims.
