My favourite tune is currently the New Wave theme from OFB.

Hyper's "Sim The Builder" (That's not the first time Hyper have done music for video games, they contributed to the Need for Speed Most Wanted soundtrack)
Fly Fon de Flir (from FreeTime) Good solid rap track.
The Simlish versions of Natasha Bedingfield's "Pocketful of Sunshine" and "When It All Falls Apart" by the Veronicas.

I like the College Rock station (I think that's what it's called??) from University.
I love Charlotte Martin's "Beautiful Life" the real song and the simlish version.
