I found the Tragic Clown! He wasn't dead after all, can you believe it? But uh...he's a fish.

Is there anything like Social bunny, That doctor guy and the "Tragic Clown" in Sims 3? I'm yet to discover them.

he definately looks tragic and i'm pretty sure the other fish are glad to get rid of him.

In the graveyard there is also a tragic clown ghost. I didn't get a chance to interact with him tho...my sim was too tired to stay.
