Return to the "Audio" menu, click on "Compression ..." and select "MPEG Layer-3". On the left side select "320 kBit/s, 48.000 Hz, Stereo 40KB/s" and click "OK".

I have an empty one on the right:

Is it possible to somehow create a completely separate TV channel without replacing existing channels?

I registered to express my gratitude for the fantastic guide. I followed it closely and, although it was overwhelming at first, with practice, it became simpler. The process is now running smoothly, and I couldn't be happier. Thank you once again!

I'm unsure if you still require assistance with this, but I encountered a similar issue. I discovered that you can download the LAME decoder to replace using the MPEG. The installation process can be a bit complex as it requires entering the command prompt, but there is a text document included that provides instructions on what to type for installation. Best of luck!
