This user has the following games installed:

Sims 3, World Adventures, Ambitions, Late Night, Generations, Pets, Supernatural, Seasons
Default Graphic problem sims 3
My new game installed just fine, and the overall graphics and gamespeed is great, BUT the textures showing hair is missing, and all the plants looks like pixelated squares:picture

I installed it on a AMD PhenomIIx4 920 processor, RAM 3327, ATI Radeon 4800-series, all drivers updated.

There aren't any pictures on the page you linked to. Can you attach them to a post? (Click Go Advanced)

That seems to be an ATI specific problem. Do you have a heat monitor running? Can you check that your graphics card isn't overheating? Does this still occur after letting your computer sit off for a while, turning it on, and playing?

No, I don't have a heat monitor but I'm pretty sure thats not it with all the fans built in the box And no, the problem is still here after turning everything off for a whole day and a night...

but wait a minute.... -I checked my graphic card-settings and the Catalyst A.I was set to "high" by default. I changed it to "standard". Everything looks ok. now.

Thanks HP, sometimes I need a kick in the butt :P
