Default Graphic issues in The Sims 3
Hello ModTheSims!

I need your help with a very rare graphic problem I've been having for a while in the game. Here's some pictures that show what the problem looks like, since it's kind of complicated to explain:

As you can see, it's like the water "overlaps" in the lot, and some walls are transparent. Sims appear without their heads too. Also, pets' eyes look as if they didn't have eyelids.

It happens frequently and it "fixes itself" at times, but it's really annoying. I've had this problem for quite a while.

I'll list below some information that might be helpful:
- OS: Windows 10 Pro 64bit
- GPU: AMD Radeon HD 7700 Series, 1GB
- I updated the graphic card drivers a few days ago. Software: Adrenalin 2020 20.2.2
- This problem only appears in The Sims 3, any other game I've played works just fine (including Sims 1, 2 and 4)
- I didn't always have this problem on this same computer, it used to work properly. I can't remember exactly since when I've been having this issue. I believe it was after I installed Windows 10, but I'm not 100% sure about it.
- My game graphic settings are the following:
---> Screen Size: 1920x1080
---> Screen refresh rate: Default
---> Enable object hiding: true
---> Enable animation smoothing: false
---> Enable advanced rendering: true
---> Reflection quality: Mirros only
---> Edge smoothing: low
---> Visual effects: high
---> Lighting and shadows: high
---> Tree detail: medium
---> Draw distance: medium
---> High detail lots: 1
---> Texture detail: high
---> Sim detail: very high
- Mods I use: nraas' Master Controller, Overwatch, ErrorTrap and Register

Do you know what causes this problem? Is there a way I could fix this? If any additional information is needed, I really don't mind sharing.
Thank you in advance!

PS: I'm sorry if I didn't choose the right category for this post. I really don't know where else to put it, since I don't know if this is a "Glitch" or "Bug".
