no mobile phones please!,.
is it possible to disable the mobile phone?,. if so how?

I think there's already a mod that does that. I think you can ask in the community forums or WCIF forum. I remember a discussion about a medieval type playthrough in custom worlds without roads and a mobile disabling mod was also talked about there.
