Had plans for only two special Fan created neighborhoods in addition to original hoods.
Now there will be a hood I'm calling Fantasia with only these lovely creations populating the area. Thank you.

Your skins are beautiful! I've made a neighborhood just for all of my sims that use your skins It's kind of like my "weird" neighborhood with vampires, aliens, etc...Thanks for your talent
