LotExpander enlarge the lot, ignoring the other lot.
You have to replace the expanded lot to somewhere there is enough space.

could you not take the water tool over that lifted land, and create part of your land actually in the sea, then you could level out some of the land and add sand ?

in therory it makes sense.

also you could use that to make a port or anything.

You want a tool to lower a lot and /or a trick to place the lot in the sea ? I want it so !
I am not good enougth but the water heigth seems to be a program value, sure it can be changed but in a patch because it is not included in a package or a txt file ( it remain the same in the lot and in the nbhood part of the game. I search in the nbh.txt or pack... i just learn how crash the game !

there are fake ways I know to accomplish this.

I know this is not what any of us want but it's a start.

through some mistakes and this program I may be able to make a "real swimmable beach" with real water.

Later when I load sims I will try to find neighborhood that connects close enough to sea, then I will play with some idea's.

I know this tuto, sims can swim in the sea part of a lot, you just need a 4 click depth water and 1 click up to the level to place the pol tools. It works bus it is imposible to upload this is a 1 click difference ! More : between 2 identic nbhoods there is a possible diference of about 2 click in the same lot !

you can also alter the terain & the nbhood txt, but after the lot placemnt. The dowload exist here (MTS2_336633_d_unit_Lots_With_Water_Hack.zip) in the mod section.

I made a terraine at http://www.sims2workshop.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=439 which is specially suitable for making dipped beach lots.

Default Interesting results with program
I mangaed to use the program.

Lets see, My sims were Burried under ground, My roof is floating in air.

I abandoned lot, although everything is fixable easily, The lot itself has some type of bug... grrr, that what you get for downloading others work.

the default mailbox and trashcan were moved, I think this is what messed everything up, possible even the *burried sims"

I have encloded screenshots for the humour of the situation .

first two are of burried sim, and third one is of the property , you cant miss which one this is, its the only one, with a roof in the middle of the air.

Are you interested of Lots with size 1x1 or 2x1?


Would it be possible for you to make a 4x1,5x1,6x1 lots please? I can only use small size lots and would love them for community lots.

Also there is a link to a word file with a macro, I no longer have word installed, I perfer 602. Is there any other way to use the "old" Macro file without word ? I am curious again at a few of the glitches that cause with SimPE.

I would like a version that doesn't move the road at all just continues the lot over the road. I know there was some way of doing that, but I didn't understand it

then download this program and install.
1. choose the 1x1 in your lot bin.
2. name your lot so your remeber the name.
3. exit the sims2
4. Load andi program, choose N00X X being the neighborhhos you want.
5. choose the lot your just created.
6. expand by like 3 for 4x1 etc.
7 Save work,
8 read instructions on last screen
9 load sims2 and follow instruction on program
10 build your lot and play.

incredible look here what i've done






the only problem is that the lot expanded, the one the lower side of the road, goes on the road, so we cant place any door or window on the wall.. but this looks to be the only issue

Rascal, hopfully more insight can be given,. BUT NO you cannot make lot smaller iwth this program.

The Code you enter is the image. there will be a picture of letters and or numbers, that is the code you enter into the box.

additionally I got this error when i clicked next after trying it.

Max3D that's why I think I'd like a version that didn't touch the road at all. Actually I have had windows placed ok over a road? I made a motorway service station out of two lots on opposite sides of the road, and put the tables in the "bridge" that goes over the road.

In attachment of this Post you'll find a complete set of X x 1 lots (X = 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6).
These Lots are created with base game, so they will work with or without any EP.
Edit: You'll find the attachement in Post #1 now.

I am only using this so far to adjust lots when they are in their final place. I am using it as a trick to get joined up housing. I could use it nicely as a way to get houses over the road, or to do what Max did without the associated problems, if the road was not recreated.

By the way, many thanks for one of the most groundbreaking tools to come out in recent times
