I'm gonna guess it's the woman as profile says she's female.

What I would be curious to know is if she's a Northern Cali or a Southern one like me :D

About the Gadwin/printscreen issue - I've used Gadwin for a while, and I actually had the black screen problem somewhat randomly with XP, too. Ever since I switched computer(s) I've played windowed, and Gadwin works fine. Playing windowed also takes care of problems like having to put the game down when you want to access other programs or the picture folder, and everything don't get stretched (Sims and widescreen isn't always that good of a combo). Took a little while to get used to, but now I don't want to switch back.

Speaking of custom cameras, anyone know of a CAS camera that lets you zoom in and out fully on every panel/subpanel? For instance, when I try on handbags in the accessory panel, even with my custom camera I can't zoom out enough to see that handbag properly.

They're from quite a while ago, but I only came across these recently and I really like them! They're Cemetery Grave Plaques by Rocket Horse Sims. The post that I've linked explained how they're intended to be used. There are also several templates included so that it's easier to make your own, with pictures of your own sims. I think they're a great idea! :-)

PS: Image is from Rocket Horse Sims' Simblr :-)

I saw this at Sims Cave, and followed the link.

Download if you really want to punish yourself: 'The Blind Needs Challenge'
It hides all the needs of your pixels...so you have to guess at what they're really feeling. Good luck with that!

Those of you who are bored with your game, like a challenge, need a challenge, hate your sims, love your sims but like making their lives harder, don't have to be in complete control or just want to spice things up a bit should take a look at The Blind Needs Challenge (the download locks everything on the motives/needs panel).

It looks pretty awesome (the posting came across my Tumblr feed today) and I will definitely be giving it a go the next time I fire up the game.

For the first time I'm glad I can't log on to Sims Cave. It's hard for me to imagine something I would hate more. But, if that's your cup of tea, let us know how it goes.

I love adding things that make the game harder, but make no mistake about it...I will be trying this out on a test hood first.

I get too attached to my pixels. It's hard for me to inflict pain. Oh, I do it, of course. I just don't feel good about it.

I was just coming to post this! I don't think I'd ever use it but I think it's awesome. I'm so happy to see all these cool things still being made for The Sims 2. :lovestruc

That looks amazing! I really want to try it out some time - but I don't think that I'll be using it in all my 'hoods anytime soon! That's going to make things really difficult indeed.....

TS2 Rabbitholes list It's at the middle of the page, somewhere n that list is TS3's roaring heights buildings but I'm feeling kinda unfocused atm so I can't find it.

Also for those simmers who are deaf or hard of hearing and use a cochlear implant, I found one that you could use as an accessory for your sims. It is here . I'm not sure if you can view it without registering though.

I just tried out eclecticsims auto pet feeder at the booty. Loving it so far. Note your sims hand anatomy might warp though.

How could I live without BO's customized compost bin? It's one of those little things that are simply wonderful!
Not only because now the compost bin holds more units (so it's less likely my Sims will need to buy several ones as used to happen) but also because now its contents are easier to check.
I love it!

I also want to check Monique's Auto Tending Compost mod, looks like an awesome idea.

Default Picture that changes as you look at it!
When thanking MTS creators for some adult female athletic wear I'd downloaded, I thought I'd check the profile of one of those creators, joebart622 (AKA JB), and stumbled across this very unusual picture, which evidently transitions as you look at it (!). JB uploaded it exactly 10 years ago today, and the incredible thing is that (unless the counter has glitched) it says it's only been downloaded 34 times in those 10 years.

I haven't tried it out in my own game yet, and in fact at the time of posting, I haven't even downloaded it yet, but it's so unusual I felt I just had to draw everyone's attention to it. I can hardly believe that so few people have tried it out in all that time. Had it been uploaded on 1st April, I wouldn't have believed it, but no, it was uploaded on 19th April 2006 -- exactly 10 years ago today!

@AndrewGloria, if you look at the number of downloads behind each of the separate files, you get a different idea about the number of times it has been accessed. Higher than 34, but still extremely low.
