Year of the Rabbit and Year of the Tiger (under Lunar New Year) are 100 Simpoints each (eg $1 US). I'm not sure whether or not year of the Dragon is still free as I downloaded it not long ago when it was still free for sure and now it just shows me a download button (since I already own it).

The free fireplace can be found in build mode. Just click on the fireplace icon in the panel.

The free wall lamp can be found in buy mode. Click on the gold store icon on the right of the panel.

The discounted set can be found in buy mode > sort by room > living room, then click on the store sets icon in the top right of the panel.

**NOTE: You must have store mode enabled in your game in order to take advantage of these deals.**

Probably wasn't "new" then or even recently reposted. This is a re-release of a branded "stuff" pack that was first released a couple of years ago, I think.

*EDIT* But it is DEFINITELY worth mentioning again, so thanks for doing so, LOL! *END EDIT*

This pack includes 4 versions of the Prius, solar panels, some plants, and a windmill.

The solar panels and the windmill will reduce your weekly bills and may even result in a bonus being paid TOO your Sims.

You can install up to 10 of the solar panels and I think it is 5 of the windmills.

I have successfully placed them on a flat roof, you may be able to put them on a sloped roof also by turning "place on roof" on in game options or using MoveObjects On.

The solar panels can be upgraded to be "more efficient", not sure about the windmills.

Wait, I just tried to nab those and they were 600 points. Did you mean "till the end of Friday" rather than "the end of Saturday"?

it ended at noon PST today... I miss read it too and missed out as I allowed origin to update when i went to load the sims it too so long on my slow back up system that i use only for down loads that i missed the deal... I saw it on the page for free and by the time i was loaded and logged in it was gone

Had i realized i would have done the down load later...GRRRRRRRR

But then I read on the forum several people that down loaded it for free where charge anyway so maybe goody for me I don't have to try to get sim points back from EA.

I dont know what it is.. the last time I couldn't get the items SimsVIP reported for free and this time I cant either. I've restarted the game a few times and still nuttin ... oh well thanks for the info though
