I've all EPs except for Ampartment Life, and you said it came with OFB? What catergory did you find it in? e.g: tile, brick etc.

The tutorial is amazing, i think that decor is another big thing that players seem to ignore, if a house has no decor your sim's room need goes down

This may be for Sims 2 but turns out it is helpful to Sims 3 as well! Haha!
