This user has the following games installed:

Sims 3, World Adventures, Ambitions, Late Night, Generations, Pets, Showtime, Supernatural, Seasons, University Life, Island Paradise
Default Retrieve My Sign In
Hello,
I have lost access to my "original" account and cannot retrieve it. I have entered every email that I have and nothing is coming up. I must regain access because it holds my original upload and I have updates. Can someone in admin assist me, please?
