This user has the following games installed:

Sims 2, University, Nightlife, Open for Business, Pets, Seasons, Bon Voyage, Free Time, Apartment Life
Default New game installed, CC gone?
So I haven't gotten a new Sims 2 game for two years, so I went out and bought Bon Voyage. I got it installed and everything was great, but none of my Custom Content worked, except for body shop stuff. Non of my objects of mods are showing up. When I start the game that little menu with all the stuff I have downloaded pops up and asks my if I want to keep CC enabled, and everything is there on the list. I tried deleting everything and putting it back in but it still didn't work. Any suggestions?

In order to better solve your problem, please go through the following as listed below:
  • General - Installing Custom Content
You appear to not have read our great guides to downloading and installing custom content.

Downloading for Fracking Idiots explains the entire downloading process from start to finish in language designed for people who aren't computer geniuses. Please go through the whole guide before asking any further questions on downloading and installing custom content as pretty much everything you could possibly want to know is explained there - including info for Mac and Vista users.

Getting Custom Content to Show Up explains what to do if you've followed all the instructions in Downloading for Fracking Idiots and your content still isn't showing up, or if content that was showing up fine before suddenly won't show up.
I've moved your problem to Game Help as this is a more appropriate place for it - the second link above includes info on what to do in your situation.

On occasion you might be asked to do a long FAQ - please make sure you do all the steps and don't just skip over them. You'll often find that these long FAQs have all the details you need. If nothing in the above FAQs fixes your problem you may post again detailing exactly which you have done and which steps failed.

Thanks for the guides! I think I've only posted here once before so I wasn't exactly sure where to put this, but thank you! I'll make sure to thoroughly go through the guides :]

Edit- The thing is they all worked perfectly fine until I downloaded Bon Voyage..?
Coffee, anyone?

Did you do the bodyshop trick that is outlined in the Getting CC to show up tutorial?

I'm worried that my latest Salvation Army donation will result in homeless people looking like sluts from the 90s.
