This user has the following games installed:

Sims 2, University, Nightlife, Open for Business, Pets, Seasons, Bon Voyage, Free Time, Apartment Life
Default Sims 2 File Structure being created wrong
I am attempting to change the resolution on Sims 2 Ultimate Collection, but the GraphicRules.sgr file does not exist, at least, that i can find. Instead of the normal file structure, it looks like this:
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game but the file structure stayed the same. Any help?

Your picture is for the saved game (the file structure looks perfectly normal there). The files you want are in the installation folder(s).

It's in the Config and CSConfig folders here:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\The Sims 2 Ultimate Collection\Fun with Pets\SP9\TSData\Res
Config = Game
CSConfig = Bodyshop (and Homecrafter)

(Bolded text is for where the different names of the various EPs/SPs will be. You do need to change the SP9 one, but it can be an idea to copy over the files to the other EP/SP folders, too).

When you've edited the Config files, you should be able to use the same files for the CSConfig folders. Remember to edit the VideoCards file too, if your graphics card/chip isn't recognized by the game.
