This is a lovely house, I can't wait to get a simmie in there. Thank you very much for sharing it here.

Regarding roof slopes: If you auto-roof there is still a way to ensure that yours are not higher than you want them to be. There is a RoofSlopeAngle cheat you can use: if you input RoofSlopeAngle # (the # must be between 15 and 75) you can adjust to suit. 75 is very high and pointy! 15 is practically flat.

beatuiful house, you should be proud of yourself. I see nightlife stuff, does this also include univeresity by any chance, because if it has I can't download it. Great job though.

First of all, It's important. I have to say "i'm so sorry". the doors of this lot are inside out! Please remake those parts by yourself. Gommen-ne.

I'll write in french:
D'abord, il faut que je vous disse "je suis desole" parce que j'ai trouve des fautes dans cette maison. J'ai mis des portes sens devant derriere.
