Going from my experience, even a tiny bump in the road will prevent ALL cars from working. Carpool, bus, etc. will not appear. This lot is not playable.
The houses themselves look nice though.

Thanks for telling me. If you want, you may just have to use the cheat to flatten the road...Hope it doen't change things too much. But like I said it was only an experiment...I've learnt from it. Thnk you Zii for that!
