Just download the file and double-click it and it will install itself... And then you will find it where TS2 Premade houses are.

i look in pre-meade houses and it isn't there what am i doing wrong?

I made a list for you:
1. Download the file.
2. Right click on the file.
3. Choose "Open With"
4. Choose The sims 2 Body Shop Package installer
5. It will come up a box where it says: "Do you want do install this?"
6. Click the button "Install", it will now say that it is installed.
7. Run The Sims.
8. Click the town you want to play.
9. Click on the house button.
10. Click on >>(You may need to click several times) and you will see more houses (Hopefully, including this.)
