How does the gain in fitness for jogging compare to other fitness equipment etc? Is it roughly the same as working out to tv/stereo? Or is it about the same rate as the treadmill?

It uses the same rate as the treadmill.

Wonderful! I've always thought it was a bit silly that you couldn't just have your sim jog to up fitness and body. Used to wish you could set up a jogging track at the park or something. This is great!

Not necessarily on the same page, but what is the habits/bad habits dealie you've got there? It seems pretty interesting, as we all have our vices. I searched and found something on here, but since it's older I guess, it's not available for download, nor is there a description.

I was wondering the same thing about the habits and the period also. Awesome mod btw. Always wanted to do it since you see other sims jogging by your house!

Habits was created by cathair2005 and contains a fart and belch option as you might have guessed, you can download it here .

Period is from the Period Hack by me.

Bad Habits is also by me, but not finished yet, and is like cathair's hack, but with more options like pick nose, pick ear, scratch armpit, etc... Also cathair's doesn't work for children, where mine does.

I noticed a conflict with MATY's comm-skilling package with the Hack Conflict Detection Utility - something to do with 'Sub - Continue Loop?'. Do you know if this is a problem?
