This is not showing up in my game , as it was uploaded from a Bodyshop project folder. It should have been uploaded from the Saved Sims folder after using Bodyshop to install it to the game.

What is wrong is that you've uploaded this from a Bodyshop Projects folder instead of your Saved Sims folder. Sorry, but I personally find it frustrating to download a nice-looking outfit only to have it not show up in my game because it was uploaded from the wrong folder.

Really, I thought everybody knew the Saved Sims folder was the correct folder to upload from...guess I was wrong.
