Oh wow--I am in awe! You did a tremendous job with this house! This is indeed a work of art. The master bath was my favorite--simply stunning! Very impressive!

i love how this house looks like an actual house. too many people design houses that look nice on the outside, but couldn't even be imagined to be functional on the inside..irl or for the sims. this house is ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS with real architecture in mind, not just the basic sim home-building techniques.

bravo!

Something about your usage of the double column to create and amazing classical portico tells me that you know a bit about architectural history. Maybe not. Mad house by the way.

How did you do the driveway?! I tried to do it, but I just can't seem to get a garage perpendicular like you did?

Please tell!

There's a tutorial on how to do it right here. Make sure to read some of the comments as there's extra info that could help.

I don't have OFB.. But I would hate to now own this house.
Can I download it anyway, or will it just crash and burn?

Well, it's like throwing dice really, you never know what your going to get. One person downloaded my villa set without NL and he was just missing some objects. Others, however, will have their game crash right away upon trying to enter the lot. So you can try downloading without but there's no telling what'll happen. Hope I helped...
