Love the house, but about the supposed glich. The sims2 only shows flooring textures on the top side, so if you can somehow maneuver the camera below the floor, it will appear as if it is not there.

How ironic!! Just this morning I was puzzling over this exact floor plan I had printed from the web. I just couldn't figure out how to do the flat roof over the corner porch...that doubled w/ my adult ADD I just gave up on it. So I give you a heartfelt highly sincere THANK YOU!!!!

Great house, however when I try to open it, it freezes my game...anyone know why? Thanks.

Love these floor plans, where did you find these? I was thinking of having a house built and these look perfect.
