Looks good and very playable. It is hard to make community lots that is open enough to be easily played but doesn't look skimpy.
Retired from the Sims world. Please continue to enjoy my creations. Thank you to everyone who helped -- by either giving me the tools and knowledge to create or by encouraging me & downloading my creations. The Sims community is the BEST!

Absolutely lovely. It is the very epitome of sleek, understated, and professional community lots. (Adding the custom walllogos was a nice touch.) It's nice it looks like it's been playtested, and has not been found wanting. Cheers! ;D

& it works fine in my game, no lag or anything.
