I have a question.
When you make flower perks, don't you find it weird they "end" just like that?

I mean, I find it weird and I always put a fence on the side of them or something.

And what do you mean by:
Lot Price: F 144,080/U 33,666
F and U? I'm guessing U is university, on the campus?

F = Furnished
U = Unfurnished
