Wow. That is a really very beautiful and shiny purple dress. for your first load.
Update: July 2009-I am back now to make invisible and tranparent recolors again in sims 2. You can pm me if you want your objects to be invisible and transparent from now.

The purple is so rich looking. I think your version looks better on the sims then the real dress looks on Anne Hathaway. Thanks for sharing.

I have to agree with everyone who says your sim version looks better than the real thing. Much, much better. I would never even look twice at the real dress--it looks like a lampshade on Anne. But your sim one looks classy. Anne is a pretty girl with a nice figure but her dress isn't fitting well on her.
