Hi pejay! I know I'm not the creator, but I thought I would explain why anyway. I hope she doesn't mind. If you have unzipped and put them into the correct location, they still won't show up because they do not actually overwrite the Maxis skins. So, to be able to get a baby born with this hair, you have to make new sims using these custom skins and then have them have a baby in the game. Otherwise, any babies you already have in your game and any babies that are born to sims that are already in your game will not have the hair.
