Wow, it's really cute, but why is the file so big for such a little house?
Do you have an unfurnished file?

Its not showing up for me...I'm using Q-Xpress, does that make a difference? And I have none of the CC you used to furnish it

All the custom content made my cottage this big. But I don´t have an unfurnished file, sorry. If you don´t want all the stuff, you can download the house and simply just intall the lot-file with the clean installer.

There is a little secret about intalling houses: You first need to install all the custom content (without the lot file) with the clean installer. After doing this, you need to intall just the lot file.
