Lovely house, Phaenoh. I think I will also be placing this in Sand Simoleon Point, it is perfect for the neighborhood.
I love the breezeway, the sunken living room & greenhouse.
The sad thing about my neighborhood is, it is all your houses & mine, and your houses put mine to shame. LOL, just kidding, about that being sad: I'm really happy I don't have to do a lot of building now because you do all the work for me.

*gasp* I WANT that house! *downloads* I love the look of it! Lately I've been wanting to do somewhat of an outdoor dining area but I keep loading a family and I see all the rain they're getting and I change my mind.. but I never thought of a roof! Thanks a lot! :D

Oh, this brings back memories! I'm not sure whether or not it was hosted by the same person, but I tried the Footprint Challenge way, way, way back in my early days at the Exchange.

You did a great job with this house--I really like the sunken living room.

Thats where my version is hanging out. My problem is I don't have enough sims for all my houses! That, and I SUCK at community lots. There isn't a single one yet in that neighborhood!

Thanks for commenting everyone!

wonderful, thanks for sharing!

You're lying to Sam like he's your wife. Which kinda makes me your mistress.

Wow, Phaenoh, nice! I don't normally download or play houses with big lots, either, but this is too irresistibly tempting to pass up. Thank you so much for sharing this with us; it's the most beautiful home and lot I've ever seen.

This was one of the lots I downloaded back in the day before I became way too fascinated making them, and I still use this one often. It's got a good base, and you can move stuff around and expand ... the kind of lot I like! Thank you!
