This looks fantastic! I have a silly question. I usually use custom skins, so I haven't seen the tattooed skintone from Maxis. Is this something we can choose? I ask because I agree that it's silly if you only have tattoos while wearing one clothing. Thanks again!

The tattoo skin is in the University EP (young adult section) unless you download the clothes for adults (which I think you can get here at MTS2) It is like make-up or masks, it layers itself on the skin so regardless if you use custom or default skins it will work, but I am not sure if this is the case for this download. I am assuming so however.....

linuslover is right, the totto "skin" fron university/nightlife is a texture on a wear. So the tattoo only showes up when the sim wear everyday. therefore I also made this in underwear, hehe.

The tattoo in this download works fine on any custom skintone
