This will be perfect for AL, because of the amount of money it costs. The rent will be low since its unfurnished =)

Very bad A** man, ive had a thing for duplex houses since i was with this chick, and we heard her neibor hacking his brains out while we were toking, so we yelled for him to come up to the attic, crazy how you can make a freind eh?
