It's only for adult, that's how Medrops made the mesh for. I couldn't get it right for other ages. That's way above my skills

I used photoshop. With a tablet I just colored over the original hair color of the mesh

Well, the mesh was made only for Adult, so any other age and the wig will completely go weird. Otherwise, I wouldn't know why it doesn't work. Sorry.

Yes, I do :-) Though if you want to request anything of his hair; I'm no mesher. I just recoloured this mesh of Medrops.
