Yay! I'm so glad you did these. I was terrified I'd have to learn how to do it on my own. ;-)

Thanks for the recolors. Maxis probably does 3 colors because they know you would make the different colors.

Great ! And here's something to think about. I have long wanted but have not seen, nor can create, regular stairs wth carpeting. Most stairways in homes are carpeted. Perhaps that would be something you would be interested in trying. Either way, thanks for the spiral recol.

I really like the stone effect spirals but wanted something that looked a little more castle-ish...like greys or matching some of the Maxis stone effect papers in game. Is it possible to do those as well.

Sorry if I sound rude...thanks for these too by the way.

Um, not to detract from the no-doubt excelent job that cameronsnan did of recoloring the official stairs, there is a Pack of FULLY ANIMATED spiral stairs
  • works with any combination of expansion packs, including none at all,
  • spirals in both directions, and
  • has proper animations for non-pet sims to walk in either direction.
No, this isn`t mine; I just thought you might be interested.

Also, I asked cameronsnan`s permission before posting this here.

Thanks, very difficult finding recolors of the spiral stairs. In fact, this is the first I've seen. Bulge, download folder, bulge. Gota have em.

I was just looking over your recolors and got to thinking. "Not always a bad thing." I love these colors and was thinking what they would look like if the treads, main banister post and hand rail were done in woodgrain. It would certainly make the stairs look outstanding. Then do the walls to match your recolors. What are your thoughts on this?
