What amazing use of space! A lot of bang for the buck (er... simolean)!

Imagine a world without hypothetical situations

Very nice house! I love it!

When in doubt, use clean installer

Some time ago, I tried a few attempts at making starter houses, because I thought there was a lack of those here. I liked none of those, but now I know I'm not going to try again since you just proved you are way more talented than I am. Keep up the good work

Nice job. I love the balcony, and for a starter house it isn't a boring rectangle for once!

I love how tiny this house is! It is so cute!

This allows me to see into the minds of people! That's right, I can actually see what they're thinking!
So long as what they're thinking is exactly what I think they're thinking.

Looks nice, and manageable. I would never be able to build a starter home for under 20,000 simloans, because I always like 'suites', but you demonstrated low-cost luxury well.

I feel awkward looking at the front of the house, It seems as if you need a little more landscaping... to make it pop out.

Again, nicely done.

Lots of personality in this house. I've made many a house without the great use of space you have in this little jewel! Thanks so much for your creation!
