I like houses that AREN'T just base game compatable.
I have all the expansion packs for a reason.

This is a wonderful House. I'm looking for a beach house with an enclosed screen back porch to it. Or an enclosed screened back room that sits off the beach I don't have pets so if you could make this I would be grateful. I love that the sims can swim in the water.
