Cool! I love the unleveled balcony and the random 'bricks' on the roof. Looks very abandoned ... and yet very sim liveable.

Really well done, if well done can be the right definition hehe. Love the overall look and the many details, as the bricks mentioned by Bonnie.
As I said, this is not my vision of the future but I think that this lot will go in my hood though, I really can't wait to visit it and see how my sims will react to the rusty instead to the shiny glass (another way to torture them? )

Very creative and realistic. The crumbled balcony, the cars through the fence, trash and broken things.... wow, very apocalyptic. I was checking out all of the details of the fourth picture so intensely that I actually tried to zoom in, forgetting I wasn't playing the game
