Nice to see another British fan of The Office: An American Workplace. I know literally no-one who likes it. I don't think I know anyone who has even seen it. It has been treated very poorly over here by the TV channels/scheduling.

I watched last nights new episode, Dinner Party. It was pretty funny. Some excellent Jan/Michael stuff, though I am wondering where they are going to go from there on.

So what did everyone think of last night's episode? I love how messed up Jan is and how she and Michael kept calling each other "babe".

I don't know how I feel about Angela/Andy thing. I feel bad for Dwight. Dwangela forever. <3

I love when Jim makes up that excuse about his apartment being flooded and he almost leaves Pam there, but she says something like "You can buy new things, but you can't buy and new DINNER PARTY."

My boyfriend told me earlier that I've ruined The Office for him (it's one of his favorites too) because Jim and Pam remind him of us. hahaha, I find that oddly sweet.

I loved the new episode! Jan's candles must have smelled really bad for Jim's face to pucker up like that. And how tacky is it of Michael to try and get them to invest at a party? Only him . I love the video camera in their bedroom, too. And could Jan have worn a more revealing shirt for a dinner party? They would make terrible parents.

I have never liked Andy- he's just so boisterous and irritating. Angela would be much better off with Dwight. I can't believe he was eating beet salad... well, okay, I can believe it. But still, GROSS!

I loved the part about the flood too, afinefrenzy. Especially after the cops come where Jim says he needs to go check out the burn damage at his apartment and Pam has to remind him that it was a flood.

I think Andy is wrong for Angela too - her smashing the ice cream on his car was hilarious, but I can't see what he is getting from her at all.

Jan was amazing! Completely psychotic! I loved it when she yelled "I'M A CANDLEMAKER but you don't here ME bragging about it"

Then when she said "You're hardly my first" [customer] to Michael, him screaming "That's What She Said!" was hilarious. Thats probably my favourite TWSS of all time.

Throwing the Dundie at the plasma TV was great too - the only thing is she was so manic and crazy, what are they going to do with her now?

The excessive use of the word babe made me laugh too - I loved the Jim/Pam scene at the end when they used it too.

It's funny because I usually like British humor more, but The (US) Office makes me laugh hysterically. It's all in the facial expressions, really. The cast are all masters in face acting.

Last night's episode was amazing. I loved it! Can't wait to see what happens between Jim and Pam for the rest of this season.

Yeah, last night's was AMAZING.

My exact words when Jim... showed the camera something (I don't wanna ruin it for everyone... and I just realized how dirty that sounds) went like this, "EEEEEE!!! OMG, MOM, GET IN HERE! LOOK LOOK LOOK! EEEEEE! I'M SO EXCITED!"

I'm a loser, basically. But it was an amaaazing episode. Can't wait to see what happens the rest of the season.

Possible Spoilers Below... Just about who's with or without whom.

I'm I the only one that's a little disheartened by all the break-ups this season? Jim/Pam are the only office couple left(I don't count Angela/Andy). First Dwangela ends, then Michael/Jan, and now Kevin/Stacy (even if we never saw said relationship). :\ How dismal. I want Dwangela back! XO

-Holy Hell!-
The cement is just - it's there for the weight dear!

Nice 'n' easy does it everytime...

Oh man, I want Dwangela back too... and Michael and Jan. I have a feeling they'll all get back together though. Andy bugs me, but he has his moments of hilariousness. Kevin is a bit of a perv, so I don't really blame Stacy. I just wonder what exactly happened... lol.

-edit-
Just so I can show off a bit...

Angela Kinsey (who plays Angela Martin, duh) left me a comment on my myspace for my birthday. :D

I almost died. Best present, EVER.

-EDIT AGAIN-
Listen to this band. Sweet Diss and the Comebacks.

They have a couple Office inspired songs that are pretty awesome.

Both Angela and Jenna Fischer seem really nice in real life. I like how they blog often and do those films on NBC.Com - it makes them seem really accessable and like they care about their fans.

How about Jim's fake-out at the end? He really had me fooled, I was OMGing at that.

Its so worth not reading any spoilers, I had no idea what was coming.

Who thought Jim was actually going to propose when he knelt down on the street? I think my heart stopped. I love how he bought the ring a week after they first started dating... so romantic :lovestruc .

afinefrenzy, Angela Kinsey left you a comment ? That's awesome :D!

Could Michael have been a bigger ass to Pam's landlady? I feel so bad for her! I kind of hope he and Jan will get back together... their dysfunctional relationship was a good dysfunctional relationship .

I know. I went "AH OMG" when he got down on one knee... I almost died.

And yeah, she totally left me a comment. :D
It said, and I quote, "Happy Belated Birthday Ms. Sara. Try not to be whorish now that you're 20. Angela"
I was like "NO WAY!"

Same here. I was worried she would say no! I think she was a bit dissapointed though, by her 'I hate you'. I hope he proposes on camera (given we didn't get to see their first date or kiss or anything) and she says yes!

We did technically get to see their first kiss. It was in The Dundies episode. She was drunk, but still. If you don't count that, then there was the end of Casino Night too. :D

I'm a little obsessed.

Well yes, but nothing 'official'. :P

On the whole I like that you don't get to see a huge amount, it is more realistic for the 'mock-umentary' style of the show, and it makes you appreciate the small stuff, but then it would be good if we got a tiny bit more as this has been a long time coming.

I love your signature btw, that is one of my favourite quotes.

Favourite episodes? Mine are The Dundies, The Injury, Casino Night, Beach games, and Money. Its really hard to pick just one!

Really? I looked ahead on my built-in TV guide and it said that Stanley flips his lid and Andy sells his car to Dwight. Why would Dwight want Andy's car? Doesn't he have that old Camaro he fixed up and was so proud of in the pilot? Ah, well. We'll see what happens. I can't wait :D!

I started my new job today, so won't be able to watch The Office until tomorrow night instead of in the morning. Damn time difference! Tomorrow is going to go really slowly, but luckily the novelty of having my new job hasn't worn off yet.

I know what Pam's quirk is, and wish I hadn't clicked on the spoilers. Its so much better not knowing whats coming.

I'm still really looking forward to watching the episode though, and will try my hardest not to look on the internet before I get to watch the episode.

By the way, Officetally.com and Officequotes.net are great websites.

I loved it! I thought it was so sweet of Jim to take Pam's hand and guide her out of the office when she couldn't find her glasses. The last snippet when Phyllis sassed Michael and he told everyone to get out was priceless, too :P.

Does anyone else think that Toby only agreed with Ryan about Jim's job performance because he's still in love with Pam? There's no way Jim will get fired because that would ruin the plot, but it still makes me sad. Why must Ryan be such a jerk? He's so inconsiderate to everyone in Scranton. I love how Dwight totally conned Andy, too. Him washing the car in his undershirt? LOL!

Oh man, it was so awesome. I totally agree about Toby... he bugs me now. He needs to back off of PB&J! I do think it was kind of cute how Angela and Andy were doing Mad Libs, though... I liked them together for that split second. She looked happy.

You know they're actually SELLING Andy's car on e-bay for real? I saw it on officetally.com... You get an autographed copy of last night's script and a couple of other things... http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/e...em=140229650269
When I looked at the price this morning it was at like $9500... now it's at $15,300... wow.

I used to feel bad for Toby. "I hate... so much... about the things you choose to be!" But now I think he just needs to move to Costa Rica for real :P.

The Mad Libs, LOL! I like Dwight's version and how excited he got about it. I can't believe they're selling Andy's car... that's one of the things I love about this show. They're so connected to the audience that it's incredible.
