Just lovely! And thank you *so much* for making a beautiful house that sims just starting out in life can afford. I'm always on the lookout for those.

This reminds me of the bay house my grandparents had when I was little. Very sweet.

It's very attractive! I like water on my lots, and I do like the elevated house design, as well as the disconnected rooms joined by the deck.
