Great work, I love the fact that it's under 16K, it's a TRUE starter home.

Correct. The house unfurnished cost 14,332, which is under 16k. So it is under 16k unless you want it furnished. so if you have only 16k to spend, don't purchase it furnished. Furnish it later with cheap furniture.

I was just thinking the other day how much I'd like a triangular house. And now, here I have one.
