you can rummage in the trash when your a cop sim i guess but sadly i dont know how to do it..and thanks "givetheninearide" i was just about to ask that question as well!! lol

Just wanted to let you know that you can also go through ppl's trash cans when you're a journalist! :D

My sim used to be a cop but he still can rummage the trash xD Perhaps because he has the 'insane' trait?

in the sims 3 anyone teen+ can rummage in the trash bin of lots with people on them. There are conditions, like most sims wont do it if anyone is in eye sight, sims with the 'neat' personaly are less likly to do it, some jobs it actully helps your job out to do it like the law informent or jurnilusm

=D Great download btw, I dont need it because my sims all seem to fish magic gnomes out all the time I think i have 8 of them on my current farm lot it freaked me out the first time one moved on me i wasnt paying attention to the game and it wasnt at the gate to my gardin anymore and i though t my sims had kick'd it and broke it

omg, the gnome always freaked me out... O.o
The first time I saw him in another pose, I was really scared... and when he suddenly switched on the TV and sat in front of it, I sold him... it was just too freaky!!! XD

Maybe one time he sits on your bed while you sleep... with a knife in his little creepy hand??? °__°;
