I think it's gorgeous and beautifully decorated. I'm beginning to prefer smaller houses to the larger ones.

Totally agree, but I for one love to know the price of small lots as I love starting families but get bored with them before they get rich enough to buy bigger houses. I know, I'm a sad sausage :D

Yahi, there's no need to build a castle to make a beautiful sims house, and this is one of the better houses i've ever seen. And it is also a style that i really love. I think i'll transfer my favourite simmy onto this little, beautiful paradise.
