Very nice It's so hard to make furnished houses that new sims can use straight away.

For me it has some Sims1 feeling. Mmm, nostalgy... Thank you for creating and sharing this, and for using no CC. It's a practical home.

Oh then you are doing it wrong. The original Sims 1 starters was always one roomless house with the 2$ carpet and wallpaper, cheapest door, cheapest cot, cheapest toilet....and thats about it.
