Hmm?...I'm not sure why that would be. There wasn't when I made it - it was a revamp of a Maxis lot.

Perhaps it was where you placed it in the neigbourhood? I will try and have a look though.

I've recently reinstalled sims and so I installed the sims2pack of the lot and tested it and there was no water. I would say it was where you placed it in the neighbourhood.
