I think your apartments look very realistic. I like how you did the stair wells and the pool area is especially pretty.

Very nice design. To the person asking about the cars. If the creator has´nt done a mistake then the garages but not the driveways should be functional. Driveways on apartmentlots are only functional if you cheat or use invisible fences. By which i mean that you can place a car in a garage but not on the driveway, but if you use the car placed in the garage it will still show the correct animations and drive out onto the driveway then the road.
