This is such an attractive house and the floor plan is really smart and convenient.

Wonderful design! Thanks for sharing :-) I've recently been revamping Sunset Valley and trying to use as many unique starters as I can, so this came in with great timing!

I tend to get my inspiration from a weekly 'Home' lift-out in our local paper. Lots of awesome house plans for Sims

Looks great! Would this run on the unpatched game though? Download Manager won't run on my computer so I can't update.
