How did you get the lot type to apartment? Do you even need to change it?

Wow...I like how you have the foundation so high. I'm going to have to research and see how you did that. The building is awesome though. It looks really classy and historic. Love the layout of the apartment too. Good job.

There is a tutorial here at MTS for creating Sims 3 apartments. Just one question for HL: did you include a call box? Visitors can't be invited in without one, I understand.

I believe your painting is a free download from the EA store.

I must be blind as a bat, because even after several readthroughs, I cannot find the link to the apartment tutorial you're taling about. *lol*
Anyway, I just love the look of this ap that you built, so I just grabbed it and will install it tonight. Thanks.

No...I'm the one that is blind. Or crazy! You choose. It was my other thread uploaded at the same time as this that I put the link in and not this. Fixing in just a few seconds...

Thank you. I will have to give this tutorial a go in my own game.
Btw I installed your apartment, and have even managed to play it a little. You did a great job on it, the layout is perfect, and everything works smoothly.

Oo, it's really quite pretty! Congrats on being able to stick with an apartment block till the finish - I always get tired of my own taste and give up!

It is awesome that you took time to do this! I don't think that I would have the patience, so I appreciate it when people are willing to do this and then share it with others. Thank you!
