Yay finally! Thanks for this wonderful sim. I love having him in my town, to crash everyone else's spirits LOL. I have a variety of sims, gay/lesbian sims, single moms, single dads, preppy family, hobo family, gothic family, ghetto(no offense) family, happy married old family, single old lady, psychopaths, normal families, and he will fit just right in! Thanks so much! :D

I can just imagine him saying "GET OFF MY LAWN, YOU NO-GOOD TEENAGERS!" and muttering stuff under his breath. Hahaha!
